Notes

'Northern White' garlic (Allium sativum 'Northern White') is a bulb. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows erect at a moderate pace. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Flowers open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer.

Pairs well with Soraya sunflower, Stained Glass hosta, Bridal Crown daffodil, and Blonde Ambition blue grama.
