Notes
Obedient plant (Physostegia angustifolia) is a perennial for naturalized plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. Pink flowers open from early to late summer and again in early autumn. It grows 24 to 48 inches tall, so give it room to spread. It sits low on the menu for deer.
Pairs well with Hummelo betony, Poppy mallow, and Gladiator ornamental onion.
