Notes

'Oshala Purple' garlic (Allium sativum 'Oshala Purple') is a vegetable for fresh cooking, roasting, and kitchen gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its upright stems bloom in early to late spring and again in early to late summer.
