Notes
'Pastel Whisper' peony (Paeonia 'Pastel Whisper') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Roy G. Klehm bred it, and the light apricot petals carry deep rose flares. The upright stems reach 26 inches and need no support.
Pairs well with Earth Angel hosta, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Black Hero tulip.
