'Perfect Joy' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Perfect Joy') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double blooms open bright coral pink and fade to nearly white. Every petal is covered with flecks of pink. Kelway bred it.
Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Picture tulip, Dalmatian bellflower, and Miss Kim lilac.
