Notes

'Peter Pan' agapanthus (Agapanthus africanus 'Peter Pan') is a perennial for borders, containers, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Blue, pink, or white flowers open from early to late summer on arching, blue-green foliage. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Butterfly milkweed, Alcazar red-hot poker, and Russian sage.
