Notes

'Peter Pan' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Peter Pan') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The large double flowers are old-rose with a fluffy yellow center and a moderate rose fragrance. Stiff, wiry stems hold the blooms upright. George Hollis bred it in 1907.

Pairs well with Gooseneck loosestrife, Sedge, and Black Hero tulip.
