Notes
'Ping Pong Pink' globe amaranth (Gomphrena globosa 'Ping Pong Pink') is an annual for borders, containers, and pollinator gardens. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. Butterflies and bees visit the blooms, and it tolerates drought. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall with an erect habit.
Pairs well with First Knight fountain grass, Celosia, African marigold, and Zinnia.
