Notes

'Pink Freckles' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Pink Freckles') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The double white flowers are about 5½ inches across, with pink mottling that is darker at the edges. They open in late spring on upright stems that reach about 36 inches and need no support. Anne Oveson bred it.

Pairs well with Black Hero tulip, Ostrich fern, and Sedge.
