Notes

'Pink Tanna' great burnet (Sanguisorba officinalis 'Pink Tanna') is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Pink flowers sway in the breeze on tall stems and bring bees to the garden. Place it toward the front of the border, where its see-through form adds height and movement.

Pairs well with Globe thistle, White Swan coneflower, and Album culver’s root.
