Notes

'Pink Truffles' wild indigo (Baptisia 'Pink Truffles') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, and low maintenance beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers, and it handles drought and salt. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and wide.

Pairs well with Peony, Caradonna sage, Lady's mantle, and Standing Ovation little bluestem.
