Notes

'Popo' hosta (Hosta 'Popo') is a perennial for shade gardens, borders, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average moisture. It blooms in early to late summer, and the fragrant flowers draw bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It also tolerates salt.

Pairs well with Blue wood aster, Fernleaf peony, and Piilu clematis.
