Notes

'Prairie Moon' peony (Paeonia 'Prairie Moon') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. Its large, pale yellow, fragrant flowers sit on strong, upright stems, and the glossy green leaves stay fresh until frost. Orville W. Fay bred it.

Pairs well with Krossa Regal hosta, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Black Hero tulip.
