Notes

'Prairie Sky' hosta (Hosta 'Prairie Sky') is a perennial for shade gardens, borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. It is fragrant and tolerates salt. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Lady fern, Incrediball Blush smooth hydrangea, and Eastern columbine.
