Notes

'Primarosa' peony (Paeonia 'Primarosa') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy soil. Single flowers open in early to late spring and face upward. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The light red-pink petals have purple flares around a tuft of yellow stamens.

Pairs well with Burnet, Lily, and Hyssop.
