'ProCut White Lite' sunflower (Helianthus annuus 'ProCut White Lite') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun, average moisture, and sandy, loamy, or clay soil. This pollen-free florist variety grows one white to cream flower head per plant. Deer tend to pass it by. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit it.
