Notes

'Purple Glow' bloody geranium (Geranium sanguineum 'Purple Glow') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, rock gardens, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, loamy or clay soil. It grows at a moderate pace and blooms in spring and again in summer. Butterflies and bees visit the flowers. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Cytherea peony, Sedge, Nodding onion, and Big Daddy hosta.
