Notes

'Queen Wilhelmina' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Queen Wilhelmina') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears large, double, rose pink flowers in mid to late spring. The blooms have excellent form and open a little earlier than those of similar peonies.

Pairs well with Blazing star, Ostrich fern, and Smooth hydrangea.
