Notes
'Quick Fire Fab' panicle hydrangea (Hydrangea paniculata 'Quick Fire Fab') is a shrub for borders, cottage gardens, specimen planting, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. White to pink blooms appear from early to late summer, and bees and butterflies visit them. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Its arching stems grow fast, so give it room.
Pairs well with Cinnamon fern, Big Daddy hosta, and American cranberrybush.
