Notes

'Reba Shaw' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Reba Shaw') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It bears glowing pale pink double blooms with a pinker center in extra late spring. The flowers have considerable substance, and the stems reach 31 inches. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Gooseneck loosestrife, Smooth aster, Sedge, and Grape hyacinth.
