Notes

'Red Glory' peony (Paeonia 'Red Glory') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The fragrant, large flowers are a rich dark red that does not fade. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first.

Pairs well with Dancing Queen hosta, Black Parrot tulip, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Sensation lilac.
