Notes

'Redsleeves' apple (Malus domestica 'Redsleeves') is a tree for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. This apple is grown for fresh eating, and it is self-fertile. White flowers open from early to late spring and attract bees. East Malling Research bred it in 1967.

Pairs well with High-bush blueberry, Common milkweed, and Garlic chives.
