Notes
'Robinsoniana' wood anemone (Anemone nemorosa 'Robinsoniana') is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It blooms in early to late spring. It spreads about 12 inches wide, so give it room to fill in. Deer and rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal.
Pairs well with Dancing Queen hosta, Bluebell, and Autumn fern.
