Notes
'Rosette' apple (Malus domestica 'Rosette') is a tree for the food garden. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It gets its name from the rosette-like pattern of the pink flesh when you cut the apple in half. White and light pink flowers open in early to late spring, and bees visit them.
Pairs well with Pink Lemonade blueberry, Garlic chives, and Flowering quince.
