Notes

'Roseum' American cranberrybush (Viburnum opulus 'Roseum') is a shrub for borders and hedges and for low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Its arching form reaches 10 to 12 feet tall. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit it, and it tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Royal fern, Hairy aster, and Carlton daffodil.
