Notes

'Hahs' American cranberrybush (Viburnum opulus 'Hahs') is a shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 2, or down to -50°F (-46°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Creamy white flowers appear in spring and summer and attract butterflies, bees, and birds. Deer rarely make it their first choice. The shrub also offers fall color.

Pairs well with Borealis honeyberry, Sweetgale, Siberian squill, and Red fescue.
