Notes

'Safari Tangerine' French marigold (Tagetes patula 'Safari Tangerine') is an annual for borders, containers, and cut flowers. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Its fragrant blooms attract butterflies and hummingbirds. It sits low on the menu for deer. The clumping plants also tolerate drought.

Pairs well with Mealycup sage, Cornflower, and Creeping thyme.
