Notes

'Tiger Eyes' French marigold (Tagetes patula 'Tiger Eyes') is an annual for borders, containers, and cut flower displays. It is not cold-hardy and will not survive freezing temperatures. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal. The fragrant blooms come in brown, copper, yellow, orange, and red, and they draw butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds. It also tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Mealycup sage, First Knight fountain grass, and Black-eyed Susan.
