Notes

'Seneca Hill Pink' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'Seneca Hill Pink') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Lavender-pink semi-double flowers open in early to mid spring and have a faint fragrance. The upright plant grows into a vase-like shape about 57 inches tall and needs no support. Dr. Lois Girton bred it.

Pairs well with Nelly Moser clematis, Garlic chives, and White spruce.
