Notes

'Shiro-noda' Japanese wisteria (Wisteria floribunda 'Shiro-noda') is a climbing vine. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Its fragrant flowers open from early to late spring. It grows at a rapid rate, so give it strong support.

Pairs well with Royal Star star magnolia, Gladiator ornamental onion, and Carnaval De Nice tulip.
