Notes

'Domino' Japanese wisteria (Wisteria floribunda 'Domino') is a vine for borders. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. Fragrant flowers open in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, and butterflies visit them. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It climbs fast, so give it a strong support.

Pairs well with Clematis, Climbing hydrangea, Festiva Maxima peony, and Greig's tulip.
