Notes

'Showpiece' peony (Paeonia 'Showpiece') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Its light pink, fragrant single cup blooms attract butterflies and bees. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with Hosta, Quick Fire panicle hydrangea, Blonde Ambition blue grama, and Carlton daffodil.
