Notes

'Sieboldiana' clematis (Clematis Florida 'Sieboldiana') is a vine for borders, containers, and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It blooms in early to late spring and again in early to late summer, and butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. It sits low on the menu for deer and rabbits. Give it a trellis or other support to climb.

Pairs well with Iceberg rose, Jackmanii clematis, Star of persia, and May Night salvia.
