Notes

'Snow Hill' sage (Salvia sylvestris 'Snow Hill') is a perennial for borders, containers, and low maintenance and xeriscape gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms. It grows 12 to 24 inches tall and wide, and it tolerates drought.

Pairs well with Coneflower, Yarrow, Ornamental onion, and Peony.
