Notes

'E. St. Hill' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'E. St. Hill') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Large single flowers measure 8½ inches across and show deep rose pink petals with white edges and a yellow center. Tall, upright stems hold the blooms well above the foliage, and it flowers early.

Pairs well with Picture tulip, Sedge, Ostrich fern, and Japanese spirea.
