Notes

'Starlight' ornamental onion (Allium 'Starlight') is a bulb for food gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. Few crops handle cold as well, and with a little winter protection it grows on through light freezes. This plant likes full or part sun. Its round flower heads have white to pale pink petals with dark purple centers and deep pink stamens. Bees and butterflies visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Purple Ruffles basil, Curly parsley, and Buttercrunch lettuce.
