Notes

'Sun Mouse' hosta (Hosta 'Sun Mouse') is a perennial for borders, containers, ground cover, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. It stays small, at 4 to 8 inches tall and 12 inches wide, so it fits in tight spots. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Bees, butterflies, and hummingbirds visit the flowers.

Pairs well with Lady fern, Sweet woodruff, and Big Blue lilyturf.
