Notes
'Sunrich Summer Provence' sunflower (Helianthus annuus 'Sunrich Summer Provence') is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It grows fast to about 4 or 5 feet tall and bears orange blooms. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit the flowers. Deer usually look elsewhere for a meal.
Pairs well with Coneflower, Sea holly, and Russian sage.
