Notes

'Sunset' foxtail lily (Eremurus 'Sunset') is a bulb for borders, cottage gardens, and cut flower beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Shell-pink flowers with yellow anthers open from early to late summer and draw bees, butterflies, hummingbirds, and birds. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. It is also drought tolerant.

Pairs well with Feather reed grass, Gaura, and Culver’s root.
