Notes

'Sunshine' Chinese privet (Ligustrum sinense 'Sunshine') is an evergreen shrub for borders, hedges, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It grows fast and forms a mounding shape. The fragrant plant draws butterflies and birds.

Pairs well with Fountain grass, Shasta daisy, and Autumn fern.
