'Superstition' iris (Iris 'Superstition') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It grows 24 to 36 inches tall and blooms in spring and again in summer. Butterflies visit the flowers.
