Notes

'Sweet Marjorie' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Sweet Marjorie') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. It blooms in early to late spring with pink flowers streaked with cream green and deeper rose pink. Each stem carries one bud, and the blooms have good substance but no fragrance. William Henry Krekler bred it.

Pairs well with African Queen lily, Ostrich fern, and Black Hero tulip.
