Notes

Sweet viburnum (Viburnum odoratissimum) is a shrub for hedges, privacy screens, borders, and foundation plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows dense and evergreen, so it makes a good screen all year. The flowers are fragrant and white, and butterflies and birds visit the plant. It is also drought tolerant once settled in.

Pairs well with Azalea, Japanese maple, Asiatic jasmine, and Daffodil.
