Notes

Thalictrum (Thalictrum pubescens) is a perennial for meadow and naturalized plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to wet soil. Cream-colored summer flowers have showy, thread-like stamens, and bees and butterflies visit them constantly. The glaucous leaves make a good background in a woodland garden.

Pairs well with Canadian white violet, Canada wild rye, and Stiff goldenrod.
