Notes

'Tonka Cloud' peony (Paeonia 'Tonka Cloud') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, cottage gardens, and specimen planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The semi-double blooms open blush pink with fuchsia flares, age to white, and attract bees and butterflies. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. Its upright stems reach about 26 inches and need no support.

Pairs well with Lanceleaf coreopsis, Sedge, Picture tulip, and Woolly yarrow.
