Notes

Weak-leaf yucca (Yucca flaccida) is a shrub for specimen plantings, rock gardens, and accents. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to wet, sandy soil. This evergreen grows slowly, and its white spring and summer flowers draw butterflies, bees, and birds. It sits low on the menu for deer. Give it a spot where it can stay put for years.

Pairs well with Little bluestem, Hairy aster, and Gladiator ornamental onion.
