Notes
'Wee Bit Giddy' bigleaf hydrangea (Hydrangea macrophylla 'Wee Bit Giddy') is a shrub for cut flowers, cottage gardens, shade gardens, and foundation plantings. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. It grows at a rapid rate and blooms from early to late summer. It also tolerates salt.
Pairs well with Golden Tiara hosta, Christmas fern, and Japanese forest grass.
