Notes
'White-out' tree peony (Paeonia suffruticosa 'White-out') is a shrub for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. The white blooms have dark purple flares at the center. Derek Irvine bred it in 2001.
Pairs well with Coralbells, Standing Ovation little bluestem, Pink Impression tulip, and Polish Spirit clematis.
