This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to moist soil of most types. It forms low mounds of narrow, heavily rippled, bright yellow leaves. Morning sun and afternoon shade bring out the best yellow, while deeper shade turns the leaves more chartreuse green. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by.
Pairs well with Sweet woodruff, Lady fern, and Big Blue lilyturf.
