Notes

'Wisconsin Cream' peony (Paeonia lactiflora 'Wisconsin Cream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and perennial beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and loamy soil. Roy G. Klehm bred it, and it first bloomed in 1995. The white, fragrant blooms have wide outer petals and a full center, with one bud per stem. Strong stems hold the flowers up, and the green foliage looks good all season.

Pairs well with Arizona Sun blanket flower, Sedge, Shrub rose, and Ostrich fern.
